Rowing through Adversity
Singles and Small Boats
For over a year, COVID-19 guidelines kept us from using the eights that OKState Rowing typically trains in, but the pandemic did not stop us from getting on the water and participating in the sport we love. The team utilized our fleet of singles and doubles to stay active and socially distanced on the water!

OKState Rowing builds a home! With the nationwide cancellation of regattas due to the global pandemic, OKState Rowing turned their talents to construction, buying and building a massive steel shelter for the boats and other equipment at Lake Carl Blackwell. After 2 years of storing equipment on the shoreline, the generosity of family and friends of the team allowed for the purchase of much needed protection for the program!
