Taking it to the top

OSU Senior, Rebecca Korn was invited to the OKC Riversport High Performance Talent ID Camp. Korn took the opportunity to spend the summer training with elite rowers from across the country at the Olympic training center in Oklahoma City. She was selected to represent the camp in the quad at the USRowing Summer National Championship in Camden, NJ where she and her teammates won gold after a weekend of hard racing. Going into her fourth year rowing as a Cowboy, Korn is excited to bring her experience back to Stillwater and see what is in store for the 2021-2022 season.

"It's a great art, rowing. It's the finest there is. It's a symphony of motion. And when you're rowing well, why it's nearly perfection. And when you're near perfection, you're touching the Divine. It touches the you of yous. Which is your soul."

-George Yeoman Pocock    (Boys in the Boat, 2013)
