Spectator Viewing: "Races will take place from just north of Lincoln Street Bridge to 1st Street Bridge. Spectators will be allowed on the west bank of the river."

River Vista Boathouse: "The top floor of the parking garage is open to the public prior. Access this area by using the ramp on the North West side of the parking garage."
